End of the year luncheon & awards
We are having a luncheon in the Pavilion. Bring a dish to share for the buffet. Everyone is invited and awards will be given out to all site holders and workers. Don’t miss out.

Chili Cookoff
Drop off is at 5:00pm. Judging starts about 6pm. Judging is done by the crowd. So come and enjoy some chili and vote for your favorite.
Pumpkin carving contest
Let us see your creative side and craving skills. Drop off is 12pm. Judging starts at 2pm. Don’t forget to come by and vote for your favorite pumpkin.

Wine Tasting
Come join us in the Pavilion for our annual wine tasting. We will be auctioning off bottles at the end of the night. All donations will go to next year’s entertainment fund. There wine be several direct wines and some treats for everyone to enjoy.
There will be a dance after as well.

Drum Circle Crawl
Bring out the Warrior in you. Meeting at Naked Daves and Kims site (palm tree) for body painting, and then join us as we visit different sites, and enjoy their hospitality with food and drinks. All while mingling with like-minded people.
